Projects

Scriptorium

A short brief becomes an illustrated audiobook in about half an hour. Ten-stage pipeline: arc fan-out across premium models, internal judging panel, named element mixing, hand-painted illustration in a project-specific style, and a multi-voice ElevenLabs audiobook. Five books shipped: a children's fable, a middle-grade mystery, and a short cooking tutorial.

Purring, Popping, Flashing

A kawaii field guide to the silent protocol every conversation runs. Three little friends — Purr-chan, Pop-chan, and Flash-chan — walk you through the elevator hello, the meeting you got talked over in, and the argument that died ten minutes before anyone stopped yelling.

Choir Reports

One prompt. Every major LLM. Side-by-side, hand-scored, with the weird stuff called out. Five reports so far — D&D rolls, trolley problems, jobs of the next decade, Pokémon backstories, and Mother’s Day.

My Customer Portal

Per-client engagement logs, invoices, and a thread for work-in-flight. Magic-link sign-in — no passwords. Built for the handful of folks I’m actually building things for.

Codebackstory

Point at any git repo — get back a hand-drawn Sergio-Aragonés-style backstory page. Cartoons per phase, per-commit timeline, save-as-PDF friendly. Style picker for Sergio, Dilbert, xkcd, Far Side, or your own. Free during early access — ping me for a code.

Let's Talk Books

26 years of Audible listening — 2,829 audiobooks mapped as flowing streamgraphs over time. Watch genres rise and fall, see authors cluster across decades, and find the series I couldn't stop listening to.

AI Editorials

An AI reads the news every day, clusters stories into themes, and maps the connections between them. The result is a living graph — hundreds of nodes and edges — rendered as interactive visualizations you can explore, search, and scrub through time.

Tips for Building One-Shots

A three-document method for turning product ideas into something Claude Code can actually build — without session drift, scope creep, or three-week rewrites. SPEC.md, CLAUDE.md, FIRST_SESSION.md: what each is for, why the order matters, and a copy-pasteable scoping template.
